Settings
Settings influence the behavior of Energy Hub. Some settings are for an entire organization, some only affect individual users, and others are limited to a location, device, or function.
Energy Hub uses the following types of settings:
Organization settings
Organization settings define basic behavior, such as which units of measurement to use. These settings affect an entire organization.
User preferences and notification settings
User preferences settings define behavior that is specific for a user, such as notification settings or which UI language to use. These settings only affect the user that is currently logged in.
Location and device settings
Location and device settings influence energy data processing and display. This is specific to a location, such as a site, or a piece of equipment or a monitoring device. These settings affect a piece of equipment, device, or location and possibly child locations.
