Activating an offline subscription

You must activate a subscription that you purchase through a Schneider Electric sales representative or an authorized distributor before you can use its features in Energy Hub.

NOTE: To activate a subscription that you ordered offline, you need an activation code. You receive the activation code after you complete the offline order with your Schneider Electric sales representative or an authorized distributor.

To activate an offline subscription:

1. In Energy Hub, go to Setup > Subscription.
2. On the Manage subscription page, select Activate offline subscription. The Activate subscription panel displays.
3. In Activate subscription, enter your activation code. Select Next.
4. Review the activation details.
5. Select Activate to activate the subscription.
