Changing a subscription

Change your subscription, for example, to switch to a different feature plan.

NOTES:
  • The earliest you can change a subscription is after one year of the current term.
  • Online subscriptions can only be changed to a higher feature plan.

To change a subscription:

  1. In Energy Hub, go to Setup > Subscription.
  2. On the Manage subscription page, select Change subscription. The Change subscription panel displays.
  3. In Change subscription, select the method you want to use for ordering the changes, online or offline. Select Next.
  4. Select from the available subscription options.
  5. Review the summary information.
  6. For online ordering, select Go to checkout portal. Follow the checkout instructions to complete the order.
    For offline ordering, copy the order details to the clipboard and share these details later with your Schneider Electric sales representative or an authorized distributor.
