Deactivating an offline subscription

Deactivate a subscription to use it for a different organization.

NOTE: You can deactivate an offline subscription within 30 days after activation. After deactivating the subscription, you can use the activation code to reactivate it for the same organization or for a different organization. A reactivated subscription is valid until the end of the original subscription term.

To deactivate an offline subscription:

  1. In Energy Hub, go to Setup > Subscription.
  2. On the Manage subscription page, select Deactivate offline subscription. The Deactivate offline subscription confirmation displays.
  3. Copy and save the activation code for future use, then select Deactivate offline subscription to deactivate the subscription.
