Deactivating an offline subscription
Deactivate a subscription to use it for a different organization.
NOTE: You can deactivate an offline subscription within 30 days after activation. After deactivating the subscription, you can use the activation code to reactivate it for the same organization or for a different organization. A reactivated subscription is valid until the end of the original subscription term.
To deactivate an offline subscription:
- In Energy Hub, go to Setup > Subscription.
- On the Manage subscription page, select Deactivate offline subscription. The Deactivate offline subscription confirmation displays.
- Copy and save the activation code for future use, then select Deactivate offline subscription to deactivate the subscription.
