Editing devices

Edit a device to change its name or description.

To edit a device:

1. In Energy Hub, go to Setup > System setup.
2. In the organization model in the configuration area, find the site with the device you want to edit and select Configure site. The Configure site screen displays.
3. In Configure site, in Energy view, find the device you want to edit.
4. From the options menu (three dots) for the device, select Edit. The Edit device panel displays.

   TIP: You can also open the Edit device panel by selecting the device and then selecting Edit in the information panel.

5. In the Edit device panel, update the information that you want to change.
6. Select Save.
