Recalculating NABERS ratings

NOTE: The NABERS rating functionality in Energy Hub is only available to users in Australia.

NOTE: The NABERS ratings generated by Energy Hub are estimates and are not official NABERS ratings.

Recalculate a NABERS rating if there was a problem generating the rating or if energy consumption data provided by Energy Hub has changed for the building for the rating period.

To recalculate a NABERS rating for a building:

1. In Energy Hub, go to NABERS.
2. In the NABERS ratings manager, in the list panel, find the building that you want to recalculate a rating for.
3. Select the building. The ratings for this building display in the building rating results panel.
4. In the building rating results panel, find the rating that you want to recalculate.
5. From the options menu (three dots) for the rating, select Recalculate to recalculate the rating.
