To troubleshoot issues with Energy Hub, try the following:

  1. Search Energy Hub Help for relevant information.
  2. Search the Schneider Electric FAQs. (Opens a web page in a new tab)

    TIP: Include keywords for product name, category, and specific issue in your search terms.

If you cannot resolve an issue through troubleshooting, contact Technical Support.

Technical Support

For customers in North America (US and Canada), contact technical support at pmo.support@se.com, or call 888-797-6468 (select menu option 1).

For customers in all other locations,

  1. Visit the Schneider Electric website
  2. Select your country from the country selector in the top-left corner of the home page.
  3. Under Support, select Contact Technical Support.
  4. Choose a contact method and follow the instructions on the website.

NOTE: Contact methods can vary between countries.

Please include the following information in your support request, if possible:

  • Your contact information (name, company name, address)
  • Issue description and history
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • Screen captures or short videos of the issue
  • Any other information that can help with the investigation
