Deleting gateways

Delete a gateway that was added by mistake or that you no longer need.

NOTE: Deleting a gateway deletes all the assets, devices, and device data associated with the gateway.

To delete a gateway:

1. In Energy Hub, go to Setup > System setup.
2. In the organization model in the configuration area, find the site with the gateway you want to delete and select Configure site. The Configure site screen displays.
3. In Configure site, in the Communications view, find the gateway you want to delete.
4. From the options menu (three dots) for the gateway, select Delete gateway to delete the gateway.
