Renewing a subscription
Renew your subscription before it expires to continue using the functionality included with your feature plan.
NOTES:
- Only offline subscriptions need to be renewed manually. Online subscriptions are renewed automatically.
- The earliest you can renew an offline subscription is after 120 days of the current term.
- To find out if your subscription needs to be renewed manually, go to Setup > Subscription and check the Renewal type.
- Before renewing a subscription, verify that your Schneider Electric ID profile has the required information about your business. For details on the required information, see Getting a Schneider Electric ID.
To renew a subscription manually:
- In Energy Hub, go to Setup > Subscription.
- On the Manage subscription page, select Renew subscription. The Renew subscription panel displays.
- In Renew subscription, select the method you want to use for ordering the subscription, online or offline. Select Next.
- Review the summary information.
- Select Go to checkout portal. Follow the checkout instructions to complete the order.
