Renewing a subscription

Renew your subscription before it expires to continue using the functionality included with your feature plan.

NOTES:
  • Only offline subscriptions need to be renewed manually. Online subscriptions are renewed automatically.
  • The earliest you can renew an offline subscription is after 120 days of the current term.
  • To find out if your subscription needs to be renewed manually, go to Setup > Subscription and check the Renewal type.
  • Before renewing a subscription, verify that your Schneider Electric ID profile has the required information about your business. For details on the required information, see Getting a Schneider Electric ID.

To renew a subscription manually:

  1. In Energy Hub, go to Setup > Subscription.
  2. On the Manage subscription page, select Renew subscription. The Renew subscription panel displays.
  3. In Renew subscription, select the method you want to use for ordering the subscription, online or offline. Select Next.
  4. Review the summary information.
  5. Select Go to checkout portal. Follow the checkout instructions to complete the order.
