Default user privileges

User privileges control what a user can do in Energy Hub and which data they can access. You control what a user can do by assigning user roles. You control which data a user can access by setting access permissions. The following lists the user privileges that are configured by default in Energy Hub.

Default access permissions

The only access permissions that are predefined in Energy Hub are the All My Organization access permissions. These permissions allow data access to the entire organization. Access is only for the current organization and does not include other organizations, if they exist. To restrict data access for users within your organization, you need to create and assign custom access permissions. NOTE: Restricting data access for a user limits their privileges. For details, see Limited privileges for users with restricted access permissions.
